Check-In/Out

CHECK IN

Garrett48 office is available from 9 am until 6 pm. Check-in time is at 2 pm, however if arrive earlier you can leave your luggage with us or been able to occupy the apartment if its unoccupied and clean.

If you arrive before 6 pm we will assist you with your check in process ; if later, you will check in at an automatic check-in machine at the lobby building, that provides key and invoice. VISA, MASTERCARD and AE (debit/credit) cards are accepted. 1 or 2 days before arrival you will receive (e-mail,text message or WhatsApp) confirming arrival time and providing access code and check-in instructions

Building access : After 6pm., dial code (sent) at the outside button.

Automatic Check-in procedure : fast, easy, secure and well indicated

Choose your language at the screen.
Enter your reservation number or your surname for identification.
Pay the remaining balance for your stay ONLY via credit or debit card.
Get the key which will give you access to the building and your apartment throughout your stay, and receive your invoice.

CHECK OUT

Check-out is at 12.00 am. ( it is important to know that key will not work from that time). We kindly ask you to leave your key into the mailbox at the lobby before departure.
